Terms of Service

1. Official Storefronts — skygpc.com & joinark.gg

skygpc operates two official storefronts: skygpc.com, our primary marketplace, and joinark.gg, a dedicated standalone storefront for our Ark product. Both websites are owned and operated by skygpc. joinark.gg is independently hosted, but it is not a separate business, reseller, or affiliate — it sells the identical Ark product under identical terms.

• A purchase of Ark on either skygpc.com or joinark.gg grants the same single-user Ark license described in these Terms and our EULA.
• These Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, EULA, Content Policy, and DMCA Policy apply equally to both storefronts.
• Support, updates, and license servicing are honored across both storefronts — where you bought Ark does not affect what you receive.
• No website other than skygpc.com and joinark.gg is authorized to sell, license, or distribute skygpc products. Products obtained elsewhere are unlicensed, unsupported, and may be unsafe.

References to “the site,” “our website,” or “our services” in these Terms include both skygpc.com and joinark.gg.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Services

skygpc provides digital controller scripts designed for use with the Cronus Zen hardware device. Our scripts optimize controller signal processing and operate within the bounds of standard human input emulation. All products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase through our commerce partner, Shopify.

4. Intended Use & Disclaimer

Our scripts are provided strictly for educational and testing purposes regarding hardware configuration. We do not condone or encourage the use of our scripts in online game modes or in any manner that violates a game's terms of service.

You use our scripts entirely at your own risk. skygpc does not guarantee account safety, game compatibility, or any specific outcome from using our products. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our scripts, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by game publishers.

We do not guarantee that our scripts will function with future game updates, patches, or hardware firmware changes. Scripts are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. License — Single-User, Personal Use

Each purchase grants one (1) limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license per user to use the purchased script on personal Cronus Zen hardware that you own or lawfully control. This license does not transfer any ownership rights and may not be sublicensed or assigned to a third party for any reason.

• Scripts may be loaded onto your own Cronus Zen device(s) for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not bundle, repackage, mirror, host, or otherwise make scripts available outside of skygpc-issued channels (skygpc.com and joinark.gg).
• Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of any script requires written permission from skygpc.
• Streaming, recording, or publishing video showing the script in operation is permitted, but representing it as your own product or as a free download is strictly prohibited.
• Use of the script must comply with the terms of service of the game(s) you play. skygpc does not guarantee compatibility with any specific game build or anti-cheat system.

We may, at our discretion, deliver updates, hotfixes, or new mods under your existing license. These updates remain governed by the same single-user license and these Terms, regardless of which official storefront the original purchase was made on.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund:

• Sharing or redistributing any skygpc scripts, files, or content with any third party
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any of our scripts or software
• Reselling or sublicensing our scripts or access to our services
• Account sharing — your purchase grants access to a single user only
• Circumventing any access controls, licensing mechanisms, or security measures
• Violating any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right in any jurisdiction
• Interfering with, disrupting, overloading, or impairing the operation of our websites, infrastructure, or services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems, other user accounts, or any data not intended for you
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or networks, or breaching any security or authentication measures
• Using automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the site or extract data without written permission
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Using our scripts in any commercial tournament, sponsored match, or competitive event where their use is disallowed by the organizer or platform
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or otherwise harming any user, team member, or third party
• Misrepresenting yourself, your age, your location, or your relationship to skygpc

If we determine that you have violated any game's terms of service or our own terms while using skygpc products, your access will be permanently revoked without refund, and violations may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Purchases, Orders & Billing

All payments on both official storefronts are processed through our commerce partner, Shopify. By making a purchase, you also agree to Shopify's terms of service and payment terms. skygpc does not directly store or process payment information — all financial transactions are handled by Shopify and its payment processors.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product described. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance and forms a binding contract for that transaction.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Pricing and promotions may differ between skygpc.com and joinark.gg at any given time; promotional pricing, discount codes, and bundle offers are valid only during the published promotional window, only on the storefront where published, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including orders we suspect are fraudulent, abusive, or made in violation of these Terms. All taxes, duties, and applicable fees are your responsibility. Because every product is delivered digitally, no physical goods are dispatched.

8. Refunds

Because scripts are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, unused product, hardware incompatibility you did not verify before purchasing, account bans, or game patches that affect script behavior, except as expressly provided in our published Refund Policy. The same Refund Policy applies to purchases made on skygpc.com and joinark.gg.

In exceptional circumstances where something is genuinely wrong with our service, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support will result in immediate suspension of your access and may waive your right to a future refund.

9. Accounts & Security

If access to your purchase is gated behind a user account (such as the User Hub or our community Discord), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@skygpc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts created to circumvent limits, bans, or refund eligibility will be removed.
• Account credentials may not be shared, sold, leased, or transferred to any other person.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate any account we believe is being used by more than one person or is associated with abusive behavior.
• Impersonating another person, a member of the skygpc team, or any third party is strictly prohibited.

10. User-Submitted Content

skygpc operates a script marketplace that allows independent third-party developers to submit scripts, descriptions, images, and videos (“Developer Content”) for listing on the platform. By submitting content, developers grant skygpc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use that content in any medium for platform and marketing purposes.

skygpc may, but has no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove Developer Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, infringing, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. skygpc takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Developer Content posted by third-party developers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.

11. Intellectual Property

skygpc's branding (including the Ark name and joinark.gg branding), site design, and original code are the intellectual property of skygpc. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification is prohibited. Third-party trademarks — including game titles, console names, and the Cronus Zen mark — are used for descriptive and compatibility purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Hardware Compliance and §1201

skygpc scripts are hardware configuration tools for the Cronus Zen controller adapter. They operate exclusively at the controller input layer via the Cronus Zen device and have no interaction with, access to, or effect on any game software, game memory, game servers, DRM systems, or any other access-controlled content. skygpc does not produce or distribute tools that circumvent technological protection measures under 17 U.S.C. § 1201. 13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our scripts is immediately revoked across all official storefronts. We may also terminate access if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, skygpc and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game accounts, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services (including purchases made on joinark.gg) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and skygpc each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.

This arbitration agreement does not apply to: (a) small claims court actions within applicable jurisdictional limits; or (b) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights.

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 15, the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and apply to both official storefronts. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, EULA, Refund Policy, Content Policy, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and skygpc regarding your use of our services — on skygpc.com and joinark.gg alike — and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
